With a state of the art laboratory we are able to offer the following services as part of your contract with us:

1 x 750 ml sample ex. winery, representative tank sample per wine.  To assist you in assessing the filtration you require for the wine.

• Filterability Index
• Turbidity

Receival analysis of the tank sample to verify that the wine is to your specification prior to bottling

Day of Bottling :
Pre-bottling analysis (this provides reference information against the tank)

Dilution check (from the filler prior to starting bottling):

• ALC-Alcolyzer

Start-up and hourly on line sampling to ensure that the wine is maintained within the correct parameters throughout the bottling run:

Post-bottling analysis:

• Plating for cultures (as appropriate to the final filtration)

Copies of all analysis results will be forwarded to you after completion
of the run.

Any further analysis can be carried out at your request depending on your requirements.
